Advertising Details/Specifications

Please supply advertising copy in PDF format with advertising made up to size and using images as indicated in these specifications.

PDF is a universal file format that preserves fonts, images, graphics and layout of any source document regardless of the application and platform (PC or Mac) used to create it. Images embedded in Word documents are not acceptable. Do not use registration marks. Only full page advertising to include bleed. When exporting PDF, please ensure that transparency flattener is set to high. All pictures are be set to CMYK at 300dpi. Reverse type should be 9pt as a minimum. Attachments can be JPG. JPEG files should be at least 300 dpi at the correct final size required for print.

EMAIL: You can email the artwork to us quoting your Booking reference number (please contact us for a specific email address). Please keep file size to 5MB as a maximum.

POST: Artwork can be provided on CD by registered post to

SPECIFICATIONS: Artwork may be supplied on ZIP disk, CD and electronically, in either PC format, and accepted providing it meets the above specifications. Changes will only be made to advertisements if artwork is not supplied as specified and will be charged to the client.

PRODUCTION SERVICE:
If you do not have any copy available, we offer a full production service. The cost for this service is $690+GST, which includes the advertisement being copied onto disc and emailed to you for future use. This production cost is for any advertisement up to and including a full page A4.
